Nestled in the south Cumbria countryside, in North West England, is the magnificent Holker Hall. Built in the XVI century the Hall is still the permanent residence of the Cavendish Family, and is also open to the public for a variety of functions ranging from weddings to large scale festivals.
Within the grounds of the Hall is their brand new, recently opened brasserie which goes by the name of ‘The Ilex’ named after the oak trees which surround the main house.
The new brasserie is distinguished by an unexpected brightness: this is an airy space and a traditional atmosphere. To furnish the restaurant was chosen our chair Matrix that goes perfectly with the surrounding landscape and grounds.
