Rooms Ra’ana

Tel Aviv, Israel

The project Rooms Ra'ana represents the conclusion of the first tranche of works that saw the opening of the co-working spaces by Fattal. This second part of the work involved an area of 2,600 square meters on two levels, spaces to be converted into modern co-working, always respecting the world of hospitality typical of the Fattal group.

The result of the renovation returns hybrid spaces, perfect for professionals and freelancers looking for a functional workplace complete with the latest technologies. The spaces have been diversified to encourage moments of teamwork, networking and relaxation.

The area has been divided into many rooms with 2-8 workstations and some "suites" where the size increases to accommodate up to 10-20 people.

Next to the areas dedicated specifically to work, there are collective spaces where it is possible to share experiences in moments of leasure. Even these places are characterized by an elegant and clean color palette able to favor the concentration and well-being of the guests.

The design language was expressed with the furniture choices: our Suite armchairs were placed in the lounge area to contrast with the important presence of some vintage sofas. This guarantees a balance between the hotel approach and the vibrant world of business.

The Montera chairs with wooden structure are the protagonists of the large central table and play the balancing function between industrial choices and the classic world of hospitality.
