Rudy Vernier represents the second generation of the founding family and debuts his first collection as a designer for MIDJ, following a professional journey deeply rooted in the company’s identity and evolution. Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer and Product Development Director, roles through which he has been shaping the brand’s vision and product culture for over 25 years.

Throughout his career, Rudy has coordinated every phase of product creation, developing cross-functional expertise that connects design thinking, technical innovation, and industrial know-how. His ongoing dialogue with architects and designers has enabled him to build a solid design approach based on the exchange of ideas, shared objectives, and a constant pursuit of ever higher standards of quality and versatility.

Together with the professionals he collaborates with, he studies the most effective technical and functional solutions, with the aim of transforming creativity into products capable of combining aesthetic value, comfort, and performance. His work also extends to the careful selection of suppliers and materials, always guided by a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and production quality.

At the same time, Rudy oversees the manufacturing departments with a constant commitment to efficiency and excellence, fostering a perfect balance between craftsmanship, technology, and design culture.
